Where do you experience God in your life?
What experiences or activities bring you closer to God?

Matthew 18:20

We live in a time of deep spiritual hunger.

Many people seek a place beyond worship where they can come together with other people in the church community to deepen their relationships with God, self and others.

Small groups offer a way for participants to meet these needs in a safe and trusting environment.

Small groups are a Christian tradition which:

· encourages participants to be conscious of God’s presence
· deepens one’s trust in relationships with others and with God
· helps us to discern God’s meaning for us in our lives

There are many ideas upon which a small group can focus:
Prayer
Bible study
Gardening
Singing
Walking
Gathering for coffee or tea with friends
Having fun with friends
Drawing, painting, sculpting
Writing poetry, short stories
Canoeing or kayaking
Cycling
Cooking
Knitting, crocheting, sewing, quilting
Bird watching
Book studies
Watching the stars
Listening to music
Visiting the sick and shut-in
And many, many more!
